Being Human (Syfy) : Episode 1.09 – ‘I Want You Back’ – Sneak Peek Preview – Screen Caps #beinghuman #syfy #sneakpeek’

Meaghan Rath as 'Sally' the ghost, on Being Human Syfy 1.09

Next Episode – Being Human : Episode 109:

‘I Want You Back (from the Dead)’

Sally reconnects with an old acquaintance as Josh takes the next step with Nora.

Being Human Mondays at 9/8c.

Syfy’s Being Human has been sort of a drag for me so I skipped watching last week.

I love Meaghan Rath as she seems pretty cool and very pretty IRL, but I hate how they are writing ‘Sally.’ (OMG! Why Sally?) You have your choice of any-name-but-not-the-same-names as the series’ characters in the Brit version of the same-name series. You can name your main character ‘Aidan’  tho’ in homage to the actor who has played the part in the UK ‘Being Human‘ for 3 seasons (offscreen) name– ‘Aiden’ – with an ‘e’. Fun factoid, no?

‘The Walking Dead’: Jon Bernthal Talks Season 2 ‘Shane’ and the Rick – Lori Triangle

PaleyFest Interview with The Walking Dead‘s Jon Bernthal:

If AMC’s The Walking Dead were mirroring it’s comic-book-story source material (penned by Robert Kirkman) Jon Bernthal wouldn’t be having a season 2 on TWD, so I imagine he’s pretty jazzed about being along for the ride. (For now. No one is safe unless you are Rick Grimes. If you think for a sec., Shane is on borrowed time).

Jon Bernthal, who plays pre-zombie apocalypse cop/Rick’s partner, ‘Shane Walsh’,  had a brief interview at last Friday’s PaleyFest.

His character is embroiled in a love triangle between Lori (Sarah Wayne Callies) and Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and the fans have differing opinions on how much they should hold Shane responsible for his actions.

(I disagree that it is in any way a ‘love triangle‘. The third party–Rick–has no knowledge of it. There’s no ‘triangulation’ –yet.)

“I think what’s cool is I think a lot of people have different views,” Benthal told Zap2it. “There’s the people that hate him. There’s the people that kind of empathize with him, they sort of get where he’s coming from. You know, I think it’s a real testament to [executive producer Frank Darabont]. I think he took this character from the comics that was pretty much one note and there to serve a certain purpose and he’s just totally opened this guy up and made him a really rich character.”

“There’s no one that’s all good or all bad,” he adds. “These people will constantly be failing and constantly redeeming themselves. I think that’s a testament to the world we’re trying to create, you know.”

Season 2 is currently being written, but Bernthal spoke of what he thinks his character will be facing when the show returns in October.

“He’s an incredibly lonely guy right now,” he says. “And not lonely, because he’s far away from the people that he loves. He’s lonely, because he’s with the people that he loves. He can’t be with them the way he wants to be with them. And I think that puts Shane, it’s essentially a really, really dangerous situation. And I think you’re going to see the best of him and the worst of him.”
