premieres September 8, 2008 and is currently filming . As such, a number of on-set photos have been released not the least of which show Cameron (Summer Glau), who we last saw entering Sarah’s SUV only to have it explode upon her turning on the ignition.

She looks a little worse for the wear but her hair looks great, don’t you think?

There’s buzz on the Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles boards that Cameron gets a bit quirky as a result of the explosion, perhaps a tad unpredictable, but by season’s end she has forged a tighter bond with John Connor (Thomas Dekker).

You may know already in significant casting news that Garrett Dillahunt and Brian Austin Green both step up to full cast-member status which makes me very happy–I’m sure many other folks as well. There’s also been, as previously mentioned other casting additions.
