Since I keep a number of blogs I have about as many reasons for blogging so to simplify, I’ll keep my answer to the most personal one.
The reason I blog is because I like to express myself. I’ve been doing a fairly good job of that even before I could write. I am intrigued by the practice of communication and communication takes many forms including of course, blogging.
“Blogging,” an entity that wouldn’t exist if not for humankind’s need and want to communicate, is a fascinating communication gateway, even though what’s being communicated may range from the extraordinary to the banal.
By participating in blogging I communicate in a unique way that has led to a variety of outcomes, most significantly lifelong friendships with folks living far and wide.
