I cannot sleep
I can’t sleep. the sleep study completely threw me off for the week. I’m trying to not beat myself up about it but it really stinks./edit Oh crap I woke up finally at 3:30! after going back to bed @ about 10:30 am.
I have got to get this under control. Somehow. <headscratch>
